Return Policy
Overview

This Return Policy applies to all orders placed at arbasa.com, operated by Bekby LLC d/b/a Arbasa (816 Strassle Way, South Plainfield, NJ 07080, USA — info@arbasa.com). We are committed to a fair and transparent return experience for every customer.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In original packaging with all accessories and components included
- Accompanied by your order number as proof of purchase
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied at our discretion (see Section 7).
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at hello@arbasa.com with the subject line "Return — [your order number]" and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Your reason for the return
- Photos of the item if it arrived damaged, defective, or not as described
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not ship items back before receiving confirmation — unrequested returns may not be processed.
3. Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected — within 5 business days of arrival at our facility — store credit will be issued to your account. You will be notified by email when the credit has been applied.
Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase at arbasa.com.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or misrepresented (see Section 5). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Arbasa is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
5. Defective, Damaged, or Misrepresented Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or significantly not as described, please contact us at hello@arbasa.com within 30 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
In compliance with applicable US consumer protection laws, you will receive store credit equivalent to the full purchase price of the item, including the original shipping cost. Return shipping will be covered or waived in these cases — you will not bear any additional cost.
6. Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. This designation is clearly displayed on the product page at the time of purchase. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout on Final Sale items.
7. Return Conditions & Right to Deny
All returns must include original packaging and any accessories or components that came with the product. We reserve the right to deny returns that:
- Are received outside the 30-day return window
- Show signs of use, damage, or alteration not caused by shipping
- Are missing original packaging, accessories, or components
- Do not match the order associated with the return request
If a return is denied, we will notify you by email and, where feasible, arrange to have the item sent back to you.
