<p>This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Bekby LLC d/b/a Arbasa ("Arbasa," "we," "us") collects when you visit arbasa.com, chat with us, or place an order, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have. It covers California (CCPA/CPRA and the California Invasion of Privacy Act), Florida, Texas and other U.S. state privacy laws, and the GDPR/UK GDPR for visitors from the EU, EEA and UK.</p>
<p>This is the only privacy policy for arbasa.com. If you see an older version anywhere, this one controls.</p>

<h3>2.1 Information you give us</h3>

<li><strong>Contact and order details:</strong> name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, items ordered, order value.</li>
<li><strong>Payment:</strong> handled by Shopify Payments and other payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.</li>
<li><strong>Messages:</strong> anything you send us by email, contact form, product reviews, or the chat assistant on our site.</li>
<li><strong>Account details:</strong> if you create an account, your login email and account activity.</li>
<li><strong>Marketing sign-ups:</strong> email address and, if you opt in to texts, your mobile number.</li>

<li>Pages and products viewed, search terms, items added to cart, referring website, and time on site.</li>

<li>Measure and improve our website, products and advertising, only where you have allowed analytics or marketing cookies where consent is required.</li>

<p>For EU/EEA/UK visitors, our legal bases are: performing our contract with you (orders and support), your consent (marketing and non-essential cookies), our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, basic site operation), and legal obligations (tax and records).</p>
<h2>4. Who We Share Information With</h2>
<p>We do not sell personal information for money. We share it only with the categories of companies below, and only as needed for the purposes listed.</p>
<h3>4.1 Store platform and payments</h3>

<li><strong>Shopify</strong>: our store platform, checkout, hosting, customer accounts, Shopify Flow (store automations), Shopify Messaging (email and SMS marketing), Search & Discovery, and Translate & Adapt.</li>
<li><strong>Payment processors</strong> (Shopify Payments and others shown at checkout).</li>

<h3>4.2 Order fulfillment suppliers</h3>
<p>Many of our products ship directly from suppliers. To deliver your order, we share your name, shipping address, phone number and the items ordered with the supplier fulfilling it. Suppliers we use include CJdropshipping, Zendrop, TeemDrop, AutoDS, USAdrop, EPROLO, Syncee, Doba, MutualDropshipping, AliExpress Dropshipping Center and Blanka. Some suppliers are located, or ship from, outside the United States.</p>
<h3>4.3 Shipping carriers</h3>
<p>USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL and other carriers used by us or our suppliers receive your name, address and parcel details.</p>
<h3>4.4 Advertising and analytics (only with consent where required)</h3>

<li><strong>Google</strong> (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, Google Customer Reviews)</li>
<li><strong>Meta</strong> (Facebook and Instagram, Meta Pixel and Conversions API)</li>

<li><strong>Pinterest</strong> (Pinterest Tag)</li>

<p>These companies may combine information from our site with information they hold, to measure and personalize ads. Under California and other state laws this can count as "selling" or "sharing" personal information. You can opt out at any time (Section 7).</p>
<h3>4.5 Customer support, reviews and operations</h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Juphy, Inc.</strong>: provides the AI chat assistant on our site (Section 5).</li>
<li><strong>Judge.me</strong>: collects and displays product reviews, and emails review requests after purchase.</li>
<li><strong>Make (Celonis)</strong>: moves order and support data between our internal tools.</li>
<li><strong>Shopify Marketplace Connect</strong>: if you buy an Arbasa product on a marketplace such as Amazon, eBay or Walmart, that marketplace's own privacy policy also applies.</li>
</ul>
<h3>4.6 Other disclosures</h3>
<p>We may disclose information when required by law or legal process, to protect our rights or prevent fraud, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business.</p>
<h2>5. Chat, Recording of Site Interactions, and Your Consent</h2>
<p><strong>Chat.</strong> The chat assistant on arbasa.com is operated for Arbasa by our service provider Juphy, Inc. When you start a chat, the content of your conversation, along with technical data such as your IP address and the page you are on, is recorded, stored and processed by Arbasa and Juphy to answer your questions and to improve our support. By starting a chat, you consent to this recording and processing. If you do not agree, please email <a href="mailto:info@arbasa.com">info@arbasa.com</a> instead.</p>
<p><strong>Site interactions.</strong> With your permission where required, analytics and advertising tools listed in Section 4.4 receive information about how you use our site (for example pages viewed, products viewed, add-to-cart and purchase events). We do not use session-replay tools that record keystrokes, mouse movements or screen recordings of your visit.</p>
<p>By using our site, chatting with us, or placing an order, and by accepting cookies where a cookie banner is shown, you agree that these communications and interactions may be captured by Arbasa and the service providers named in this policy. This applies under the California Invasion of Privacy Act, the Florida Security of Communications Act, and similar laws.</p>
<h2>6. Cookies and Similar Technologies</h2>

<li><strong>Strictly necessary:</strong> cart, checkout, login and security. Always on.</li>
<li><strong>Preferences:</strong> remember your language, currency and choices.</li>
<li><strong>Analytics:</strong> Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager.</li>
<li><strong>Marketing:</strong> Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Pinterest Tag and Google Ads.</li>

<p>Depending on where you are, a cookie banner asks you to accept or decline non-essential cookies before analytics and marketing tools load. Our Google tags are set to "denied" by default and only load after consent has been recorded. You can change your choice at any time using the <strong>Cookie Settings</strong> link in our footer, and you can also block cookies in your browser settings. <h2>7. Your Privacy Choices</h2>

<li><strong>Do Not Sell or Share / targeted advertising opt-out:</strong> use <a href="/pages/data-sharing-opt-out">Your Privacy Choices</a>. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as an opt-out.</li>
<li><strong>Cookies:</strong> use the Cookie Settings link in the footer.</li>
<li><strong>Emails:</strong> click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email.</li>
<li><strong>Texts:</strong> reply STOP.</li>

<h2>8. SMS / Text Message Terms</h2>
<p>We only send marketing text messages to people who have given express written consent, for example by checking an unticked SMS box at checkout or in a sign-up form. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply <strong>STOP</strong> to unsubscribe and <strong>HELP</strong> for help, or email <a href="mailto:info@arbasa.com">info@arbasa.com</a>. We do not send marketing texts to people who only provided a phone number for delivery. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.</p>
<h2>9. Data Retention</h2>

<li>Order and transaction records: 7 years (tax and accounting).</li>
<li>Customer account data: until you delete your account, plus up to 1 year.</li>
<li>Marketing lists: until you unsubscribe, then kept only on a suppression list so we don't contact you again.</li>
<li>Chat and support messages: up to 3 years after the last interaction.</li>
<li>Cookies: session cookies end when you close your browser; others expire as set by each tool, usually within 2 years.</li>

<h2>10. Your Rights</h2>
<h3>10.1 U.S. state residents (including California, Texas, Florida, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and others)</h3>
<p>Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to get a copy of it; to correct it; to delete it; to opt out of its sale, sharing or use for targeted advertising; to limit use of sensitive personal information; and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. You can use an authorized agent. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.</p>
<h3>10.2 EU, EEA and UK residents</h3>
<p>You may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Because we are based in the U.S., your information is transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate, using safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required.</p>

<p>Our site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.</p>
<h2>12. Security</h2>
<p>We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access controls. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you and authorities as required by law.</p>
