Oak aging provides the colour, flavour and aroma we associate with fine spirits, and this Viski kit brings that process home by exposing a smaller amount of liquor to a larger charred oak surface. Unlike loose infusion sticks, the stopper holds the oak in suspension so it lifts straight out when you are done.
