The cover is double-sided, so the pattern reads the same whichever way it lands, and a hypoallergenic down alternative insert is already included, so there is nothing further to buy. Plutus handmakes each pillow in the USA and offers it in ten sizes, from a 12" x 20" lumbar up to a 20" x 36" king.

Certified to CAL 117-2013, NFPA 260 and UFAC I for flammability. Pattern placement varies slightly from pillow to pillow, which is what handmade looks like up close. Measurements are taken seam to seam from the inside.
