Warranty Disclaimer
Products sold by Arbasa are made by third-party manufacturers. Where a manufacturer warranty is stated on the product page or included with the product, that warranty is provided by the manufacturer. Arbasa does not add its own separate written warranty.
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded. Some states and countries do not allow implied warranties to be disclaimed or limited. If you live in one of them, this disclaimer may not apply to you, and you keep all rights under your local consumer law.
Whatever the warranty situation, items that arrive damaged, defective, wrong or not as described are covered by our Refund Policy if reported within 30 days of delivery. You'll get a free replacement or a full refund.
