This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed at arbasa.com, operated by Bekby LLC d/b/a Arbasa (816 Strassle Way, South Plainfield, NJ 07080, USA). We ship worldwide.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately and a shipping confirmation with tracking once dispatched.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

Important for international customers

Your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, or GST levied by your country. These charges are entirely the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

We declare all items at their full purchase value. We cannot mark packages as 'gifts' or under-declare values — this is illegal. See our full Import & Customs Policy.

5. Dropshipping & Package Origin

Bekby LLC d/b/a Arbasa uses a dropshipping fulfilment model. Your order may ship directly from a third-party supplier warehouse in the US or internationally (including Asia). Packages may not carry the Arbasa brand on the exterior. See our Dropshipping & Fulfilment Disclosure.

6. Tracking Your Order

A tracking number and carrier link will be emailed once your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking to activate.

7. Lost, Stolen & Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows 'delivered' but you haven't received it: (1) wait 24–48 hours; (2) check with neighbours or building management; (3) contact the carrier with your tracking number. If unresolved after 3 business days, email info@arbasa.com.

8. Damaged in Transit

Photograph damaged packaging immediately. Email info@arbasa.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange replacement or refund at no cost.

9. Multiple Items / Split Shipments

Items ordered together may ship separately. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment at no extra cost.

10. Shipping Address Accuracy

Ensure your address is complete and accurate at checkout. Email us immediately to modify before dispatch. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

11. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may have restrictions due to size, weight, or hazardous materials regulations. Restrictions are noted on the product page. Check import restrictions for your country before ordering.

12. Holiday & Peak Season

During Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and other peak periods, carriers experience increased volumes that may extend delivery times. Order early and watch for notices on our website.
