Natural wood kitchenware needs periodic oiling to stay serviceable, and this is food-grade white mineral oil supplied in a spray bottle for that job. Sprayed onto cutting boards and other wooden tools, it seals the surface and limits water absorption, which is what causes wood to swell, crack and eventually break. Because it is food safe, it can be used on the surfaces that food is prepared on. The spray applicator spreads the oil more evenly than pouring and uses less of it. The bottle holds 100 ml and measures 5.5 inches tall.
