Overview

Bekby LLC, doing business as Arbasa ('we', 'us', 'our'), is committed to full transparency about how your orders are fulfilled. This disclosure is provided in compliance with the Federal Trade Commission Act (FTC Act), Section 5, which prohibits deceptive trade practices, and FTC guidance on material relationships that affect consumer purchasing decisions.

1. Our Business Model — How Arbasa Works

Bekby LLC (DBA Arbasa) is an online retail store operating at arbasa.com. We are a New Jersey limited liability company. We curate, market, and sell products across multiple categories — including Auto & Powersports, Tools & Equipment, Beauty & Health, Clothing & Accessories, Electronics & Office, Home & Organization, Exercise Equipment, and Pet Supplies.

We operate using a dropshipping fulfilment model. This means that when you place an order with Arbasa:

  • Arbasa receives and processes your order and payment.
  • Arbasa forwards the order to one or more third-party suppliers or fulfilment partners.
  • The supplier ships the product directly to you from their warehouse.
  • Arbasa does not handle or ship the physical product ourselves in most cases.

⚠️ What This Means for You

You are purchasing from Arbasa — we are the 'seller of record' and your legal counterparty. All contractual rights (returns, refunds, consumer protections) are between you and Arbasa, not the supplier. If there is a problem with your order, contact Arbasa — not the supplier.

2. Why Your Package May Come from Overseas

Our suppliers maintain warehouses in multiple countries, including the United States, China, Hong Kong, Germany, the United Kingdom, and other locations. Your order will be shipped from the supplier's nearest available warehouse that carries the item you ordered.

This is why:

  • Packages may arrive with shipping labels from countries other than the USA
  • Delivery times may be longer than traditional domestic retailers (typically 10–30 business days for international shipments)
  • Packages may not carry the 'Arbasa' brand on the exterior
  • You may receive multiple packages from different origins if you ordered multiple items

We always display honest delivery estimates on product pages and in our Shipping Policy. We never claim 'ships from USA' for items that ship internationally.

3. Our Relationship with Suppliers

Arbasa maintains commercial agreements with multiple product suppliers and fulfilment providers. These are business-to-business relationships. We do not endorse or represent any specific supplier's brand, and the presence of a product on our website does not imply an official partnership with the original manufacturer unless explicitly stated.

Suppliers are required to meet our standards for:

  • Product quality and accuracy of product descriptions
  • Safe packaging and handling
  • Compliance with applicable product safety regulations
  • Timely fulfilment within stated processing windows

However, as a dropshipper, we acknowledge that we have limited direct oversight of the physical fulfilment process. If your order does not meet our quality or timing standards, we take full responsibility for resolving the issue — please contact us directly.

4. Arbasa as the Seller of Record

Regardless of the origin of your shipment, Arbasa is your seller of record for all purposes, including:

  • Your purchase contract is with Bekby LLC d/b/a Arbasa, governed by the laws of New Jersey, USA
  • All refund, return, and consumer rights claims are handled by Arbasa
  • All data you share (name, address, payment info) is controlled by Arbasa under our Privacy Policy
  • For EU/UK/Australian customers, your statutory consumer rights run against Arbasa

Supplier details are not shared with customers except where required by applicable law or to facilitate a warranty claim.

5. What We Do Not Do

To be clear about our commitments to honest trading:

  • We do not misrepresent products as being in stock when they are not
  • We do not claim items 'ship from our warehouse' when they ship from overseas
  • We do not under-declare customs values or mark commercial goods as 'gifts'
  • We do not use supplier brand names to suggest official manufacturer partnerships that do not exist
  • We do not charge restocking fees to obstruct legitimate returns
  • We do not alter product specifications from what is advertised without notice

6. FTC Compliance Statement

This disclosure is made in accordance with:

  • FTC Act, Section 5 (15 U.S.C. § 45) — prohibiting deceptive acts or practices in commerce
  • FTC Mail Order Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 435) — requiring disclosure of shipping timelines and offering cancellation rights if timelines cannot be met
  • FTC Endorsement Guides (16 C.F.R. Part 255) — where applicable to any testimonials or reviews displayed on our site
