Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

This policy applies to all purchases made at arbasa.com, operated by Bekby LLC d/b/a Arbasa (816 Strassle Way, South Plainfield, NJ 07080, USA — info@arbasa.com). We ship worldwide. Where the law of your country grants you broader rights than those described here, those legal rights always prevail, and nothing in this policy limits them.

1. Standard Return Window

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, unassembled, and in their original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags, accessories, manuals, and documentation included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was sent in error (see Section 5).

2. How to Start a Return

Email info@arbasa.com with subject line "Return – [Order Number]" and include:

  • Your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Clear photos if the item arrived damaged or defective

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the correct return address. Do not ship items back before receiving our confirmation — unrequested returns may not be processed.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and are credited to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear.

If your item is not eligible for a return (see Section 4) but you believe there is a genuine exception, please contact us — we handle edge cases on a case-by-case basis.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery (except where required by law)
  • Items that have been used, assembled, installed, or modified
  • Hygiene-sensitive products (underwear, swimwear, earrings, personal care devices) where the hygiene seal has been broken
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked final sale at the time of purchase
  • Perishable goods or consumables that have been opened

Your statutory rights under local consumer protection law are not affected by any of the above exclusions.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at info@arbasa.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange one of the following at no cost to you:

  • A full refund to the original payment method
  • A free replacement item shipped to you
  • A prepaid return label (where available in your country)

We will not ask you to return a damaged item that has no resale value.

6. EU & EEA Consumers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

🇪🇺 European Union & European Economic Area: If you are resident in the EU or EEA, you have the statutory right under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. This right is in addition to our standard 30-day policy.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

Send any unambiguous statement to info@arbasa.com or use the model withdrawal form below. The 14-day period starts the day you (or a designated third party) physically receives the goods.

Refund on withdrawal

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your return or proof of shipment (whichever is earlier), using the same payment method you used.

Exceptions to withdrawal right

The right of withdrawal does not apply to: goods made to your specifications; sealed hygiene goods unsealed after delivery; goods mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.

7. UK Consumers — Right to Cancel

🇬🇧 United Kingdom: If you are resident in the UK, you have the right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel this contract within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason, in addition to our standard 30-day policy.

The procedure, refund timelines, and exceptions mirror Section 6. Email info@arbasa.com to notify us of cancellation. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — including the right to repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods — are unaffected by this policy. If we fail to provide written confirmation of cancellation rights, your right to cancel is extended to 12 months.

8. Australian Consumers — ACL Guarantees

🇦🇺 Australia: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Contact us at info@arbasa.com and we will arrange a remedy at no cost to you for ACL-protected failures.

9. Canadian Consumers

🇨🇦 Canada: Our standard 30-day return policy applies. Consumers in Ontario, British Columbia, Quebec, and other provinces may have additional rights under provincial consumer protection legislation. Québec residents: under the Consumer Protection Act (L.R.Q., c. P-40.1), you may have rights to cancel in certain circumstances.

10. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return the original for a refund (subject to the terms above) and place a new order.

11. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please: (1) check your bank account; (2) contact your card issuer, as processing times vary (3–10 business days); (3) if you still have not received it, contact us at info@arbasa.com.
