Privacy Requests

You can ask us to access, download, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to restrict or object to how we use it. These rights apply under the GDPR/UK GDPR, California law (CCPA/CPRA) and other U.S. state privacy laws.

How to make a request

• Email: info@arbasa.com with the subject "Privacy Request" and the email address you used with us. Tell us what you'd like us to do: access, copy, correct, delete, restrict or object.
• Opt out of "sale" or "sharing" / targeted ads: use Your Privacy Choices.
• Cookies: use the Cookie Settings link in our footer.
• Marketing: click "unsubscribe" in any email or reply STOP to any text.

What happens next

We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on a request. We respond within one month (GDPR) or 45 days (U.S. state laws). We may keep some information where the law requires it, for example for tax records or fraud prevention.

If you're not satisfied with our response, you can reply to ask for a review. If you're in the EU, EEA or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
